I will now start the roll call.

Begin calling the roster, starting with the president, marking them in or out.
After you complete the roster ask for any additional check-in’s, and then ask for comments from those who checked in. Ask for any additional check-in's during the comment period a couple of times. After the comments check if there is anyone who wants to become a Breeze Shooter, get their name, call, address, and the ten Breeze Shooter's numbers and get them to the checker and a number will be issued and a certificate sent.
In closing the net, we will now turn this frequency over to normal amateur radio use.
   ____________________________________________
Net Control: Once a station has assumed the status of NET CONTROL STATION (NCS) the NCS becomes BOSS of the net operation. The NCS is in charge of calling the net, changing frequencies, directing traffic etc.
The wish of all net members is that the NCS will conduct the net in a rapid and friendly manner. Pausing: Always pause between transmissions a second or two. Check In Procedure: The roll call for the net is by Call Sign only, using their name to acknowledge a check in.
Use the word "negative" or similar response, when nothing is heard.
This procedure helps the member feel part of the organization. Other Check-in's: Be patient when calling for other check-in's. Take their calls in a group, ask net to stand by, and then acknowledge them. Interference: Interference occurs accidentally and on purpose, ignore it as much as possible, changing the Net to another frequency may be required. Relays: Relays if necessary. Try to get one member to do the relays to prevent confusion.
